What happens if I run out of balance?
A broadcast needs enough balance to cover its estimate before it starts. That amount is reserved up front. You'll receive notifications before your balance runs low, so you can top up in advance.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
No, the 500 monthly credits reset each month. Usage beyond that allowance is charged to your prepaid balance based on AI usage.
Is there a minimum monthly spend?
There is no minimum for email usage. If you send and receive 0 emails in a month, email usage costs $0. Paid AI usage and dedicated IP subscriptions are charged separately.
Is inbound priced the same as outbound?
Yes. Each month includes 1,000 free outbound emails and 1,000 free accepted inbound emails. After each separate allowance is used, the standard base rate is $0.001 per email. For example, 5,000 outbound and 5,000 accepted inbound emails cost $8 in total because 1,000 emails from each direction are free. Mail rejected before acceptance is never billed.
Can I get a refund on my prepaid balance?
Yes, you can request a refund for unused balance within 30 days of adding funds. Contact our support team for assistance.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. $0.001 is the standard base rate. Higher-volume senders can move to tailored volume pricing and delivery options. Reach out with your expected usage and we'll find the right setup.
