Subprocessors

This page lists providers for our website and platform, with their purposes and scope. Subprocessors that handle customer personal data under our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) are subject to its notification terms. We notify customers of material changes by email and on this page at least 30 days before a new customer-data subprocessor is onboarded.
Provider names link to their terms or privacy information. International transfer requirements are described in Privacy Policy Section 6 and DPA Section 8. Contact us for the safeguards applicable to a particular transfer.

AWS processing locations
Primary application hosting, databases, object storage, backups and telemetry are in Frankfurt, Germany. Email delivery uses the selected AWS region in Germany, the United States, Japan or Singapore. Managed AI drafting uses EU inference locations in Germany, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Ireland and France. Content delivery, DNS and edge security use AWS's global network. Authorized sevk support operates from Türkiye; AWS support and subprocessor access follow its service-specific subprocessor disclosures. This is not a commitment that all processing stays in Germany or the EU.
Optional Playground email sending
When you select Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun or Postmark in Playground, we forward your sender, recipients, subject and message through our server to that provider using your API key. This uses your provider account and agreement. Its processing locations, retention and transfer safeguards depend on that provider and the service used; sevk's AWS agreements do not cover those providers.
Email delivery terms
Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to all email sent through sevk. For delivery through Amazon Web Services, its acceptable use policy and the email service provisions of its service terms also apply.
Change notifications
Account owners receive the notices required by the DPA without a separate subscription. To add another recipient for these notices, contact support@sevk.io with the subject “Subprocessor Notifications”.
Objections
If you object to a newly announced subprocessor on reasonable grounds related to data protection, contact us at support@sevk.io before the change takes effect. Where we cannot accommodate the objection, you may terminate the affected services per the DPA.
